Please join me in congratulating Jill Maddux of the Jamestown Family Health Clinic, who has been selected as the 2nd quarter honoree for the Jamestown Employee Honor Award.  Jill is among 5 employees nominated by their peers, supervisors, citizens or customers/patients for their outstanding contributions to our workplace.  The quarterly Jamestown Employee Honor Award recognizes employees who go above and beyond by providing exceptional service, creativity resulting in cost savings or efficiency, playing a key role as a volunteer for tribal functions/events, acting as an ambassador to the community and demonstrating a high level of initiative.  Here are a few words from the nomination that Jill received from a co-worker illustrating how she has contributed:   

“Jill has exceptional organizational skills and has demonstrated consistently exceptional work.  Jill has the amazing ability to do all the referrals and scheduling of diagnostic out-patient studies, and referrals to specialty services.  Jill provides exceptional services to all patients and outside medical facilities.  She is timely and accurate in all that she does.  I appreciate her efforts and the assistance she gives me.”
