This program recognizes employees who go above and beyond by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrate creativity resulting in cost savings or efficiency, act as an ambassador to the community, and/or demonstrate a high level of initiative. This program was designed for all JST employees to nominate one another for recognition of high-quality work and a chance to win $100 in cash or a paid-day off.

Please submit your nominations through your Paycom Employee Self Service (ESS). Review the link below for steps on how to submit your nomination. One nominated JST employee will be selected to win for this quarter (Oct. 1st – Dec. 31st) and shared in our February 2021 Staff Newsletter!
Eligibility Criteria:

  • Completion of new-hire introductory period
  • No formal discipline (written warning, performance improvement plan, suspension) in previous 6 months
  • Performance is above and beyond
  • Directors and Deputy Directors are except from nomination
  • An individual or a group of individuals may be nominated
  • Anonymous nominations will not be accepted
  • Nominations are due by the 15th of each quarter ending (March, June, September, and December)

    How to Submit a Quarterly Award Nomination
    1.  Login to your Paycom ESS Account.
    2.  Click on the ? icon.
    3.  Click on the new message icon.
    4.  Select “Submit a Quarterly Award Nomination!”
