TEPA 2020-02

UPDATE 12/10/2020, On Dec 9, 2020, the Responsible Official issued a Determination of Mitigated Significant Impact (DOMSI), finding that the South Sequim Bay Aquaculture as existing and proposed does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment, provided that mitigation measures are implemented. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required, all other permitting obligations must be met. The decision was made after a review of a completed environmental checklist, site visits, professional evaluations, input from Tribal staff and other information on file.
