TEPA documents have been submitted for a project to create additional housing that supports isolation and quarantine needs as well as to provide housing to out-of-area frontline medical workers critical to our overall COVID-19 strategy of preventing, preparing for, and responding to COVID-19 and supporting Jamestown Family Health, Olympic Medical Center, and the Tribe’s new Healing Clinic. JST Housing Program is working in partnership with Cedars at Dungeness golf course to provide a location for the development, placement, and purchase of four Park Model Modular– Tiny Homes and develop two full hook-up RV concrete pad sites on Tribal Trust Land located at 2203 Woodcock Road Sequim, WA. The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe (JST) was awarded funding from Indian Community Development Block Grant, American Rescue Plan (ICDBG-ARP) for this project and an additional HUD Environmental Review is underway. Comments must be submitted by 07/08/2022. The TEPA checklist and supplemental material can be provided by the Tribal Planner, contact information below.
