Request for Proposals Document
The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe (JST) is pleased to invite your organization to submit a proposal for the design, manufacture, and delivery of two specialized Mobile Resilience Trailers. These units are crucial for enhancing the Tribe’s capabilities in education, emergency response, and community engagement, serving as mobile command centers, and providing emergency services during extended grid outages.
The project specifically seeks proposals for:
- An 5’x20’ dual axle enclosed Mobile Resilience Trailer for the Dungeness River Center.
- An 5’x32’ enclosed Mobile Resilience Trailer for Tribal Law Enforcement.
It is important to note that only trailers will be considered; Bids for RVs, box trucks, or multi-part units will not be accepted.
We anticipate the following key dates for this project:
- RFP Issue Date: August 15, 2025
- Email notice of interest: Vendors are encouraged to send this as soon as possible to receive all updates.
- Last Day for Questions: August 29, 2025
- Proposal Submissions Due: September 15, 2025, on or before 2:00 PM Pacific Time
- Anticipated Contract Award: October 1, 2025
- Collaborative Design Details Completed By: November 1, 2025
- Trailer Delivery on or Before: April 15, 2026
All proposals for the two Mobile Resilience Trailers must be delivered via email to rknapp@jamestowntribe.org. To ensure a fair and transparent bid process, no communications other than email are acceptable. Proposals must be comprehensive and directly address all requirements outlined in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP), organized into the specified sections to ensure a thorough and consistent review.
Should you have any questions regarding this RFP, please submit them in writing via email to rknapp@jamestowntribe.org by the last day for questions, August 29, 2025. To ensure fairness and transparency, all questions and responses will be shared with all prospective proposers who submit an email notice of interest. To the extent feasible, questions and responses will not include the identity or firm who submitted the question.
